Diddy’s recent appearance following months in jail has led to a well-known YouTuber comparing him to a “fuzzy koala.”
During the trial’s second day of jury selection, Stephanie Soo, who has nearly five million YouTube subscribers, gave her fans her opinion on the proceedings.
“The way he looks… you know koalas when they get fuzzy and it’s really humid and they have very fuzzy, greyish, whitish hair, he is kind of reminiscent of that,” she remarked in a video.
During an earlier hearing, it was disclosed that Diddy had become gray and had a grey beard.
Although there are no publicly available photos of Diddy in the new style, courtroom artists have drawn him and he seems notably thinner.
Diddy’s quick transformation has given rise to speculation that the founder of Bad Boy Records was dyeing his beard and hair before to his arrest.
When Diddy appeared before the judge on the first day of the trial, he told the judge that he was nervous.
“I apologize, your honor; I’m a little anxious today,” he remarked.
About ninety minutes into the screening process, the founder of Bad Boy Records made the admission while asking for a quick break to use the restroom.
Diddy’s plea was initially denied by the court, but he soon changed his mind and permitted the record executive to use the restroom.
Potential jurors have been asked throughout the jury selection process if they are familiar with Dawn Richard and Aubrey O’Day, two well-known individuals connected to the case.
Additionally, prospective jurors have been questioned about their familiarity with celebrities like Mike Myers, Michael B. Jordan, and Kanye West.
Diddy was observed discussing with his lawyers during the trial whether or not to remove particular jurors.
The real trial is expected to span eight to ten weeks after the opening statements.
Diddy has consistently maintained that all sexual interaction was consensual and entered not guilty pleas to all counts.
He could spend decades behind bars if found guilty.
